Store Managers will complete a comprehensive induction program encompassing field and office based training. The induction process familiarises participants with Outback Stores’ company values, key people, policies and procedures. Participants will also gain essential skills in remote driving, working with cultural differences and nutrition principles.
Training and Development
As part of Outback Stores’ commitment to developing our workforce, all Store Managers are provided with the opportunity to develop by undertaking accredited training programs from the Retail Training Package. Suggestions from employees for further professional development opportunities are encouraged during regular reviews and may be offered according to business needs.
